The process for leasing your new home1] Viewing Properties: We request that you double check availability by phone before scheduling an appointment. The Property Shoppe, as a policy continues to show and take applications until one is accepted. The acceptance process normally takes from 24-48 hours.2] Making an Application: After a prospective tenant has decided on a property to lease he must complete an application as is displayed on this site and pay the appropriate application fee. The fee is $50 for each married couple and $50 for each single occupant that will be named on the lease. If your lease application is approved you will be required to make a non-refundable deposit to hold the property. Prior to receiving the keys to the property the full security deposit will be due. The amount of deposit required will be as shown on the available properties list. 3] To expedite processing you may electronically submit your application from this site. Please “click” on the button “ apply via the web “ and follow instructions. 4] Prior to move-in the tenant will be responsible for the turn on of all required utilities and any necessary deposits.
