Scott P. Ayers President/Managing Broker Scott has been a resident of Virginia Beach since a family military move in 1963. He received a business degree from the College of William and Mary in 1970. Just two years later he began his real estate career which now spans over 37 years. Scott enjoys a wealth of real estate knowledge and is often quoted in local newspapers. His business philosophy is quite simple. “Always make sure you and your employees use the most current tools available to your profession and treat your customers with the empathy of a good neighbor.”

Kimberly Cox, Licensed Property Manager Kimberly graduated from Old Dominion University in 2005 with a degree in Business Administration/Finance. Her background is in business finance and real estate investment. She has been licensed in residential real estate in Virginia since 2004 and provides professional and detailed service to both Property Owners and Tenants. Kimberly is currently a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and welcomes the opportunity for education and networking among other local property managers. She also manages a community association in Norfolk along with specializing in rental properties located in Norfolk, Chesapeake, & Norfolk. Khristie Sanchez, Licensed Property Manager, joined The Property Shoppe with 19 years of experience in apartment community management and self-storage management. Khristie moved to Virginia Beach from Texas in 2001 to be closer to her family. Khristie has her real estate license in the state of Virginia. Khristie enjoys helping others and leads a volunteer organization through her church and is active with assisting new members in their congregation. Virginia is her native state and she has lived for short periods of time in Naples, Italy and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Her favorite past time is spending time with her four Grandsons.
